Position Summary: Mill manager will plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes while prioritizing safety, quality, and production costs.
Essential Job Tasks:
• Manage the Mill and Production Shears
o Responsible for scheduling manpower
• Manage Furnace and Slitter operations
• Review CMMS work orders
• Conduct daily meetings with Mill team
• Review daily production from previous day
• Print all work orders, dashboard, checklists, and training paperwork.

Manufacturing Line Operator in our Farm Post Finishing Department
Job Type: Full-time
On-the-job training available but previous experience in a manufacturing environment on an assembly line is preferred. Mechanical skills a plus. This is an entry level position with the ability to move to higher level positions in the department.
Position participates in an incentive plan.
Shift hours for Manufacturing Line Operators – 6:00 a.m./4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Saturdays as necessary 6:00 a.m./2:00 p.m.
Second Shift during peak seasons is 7:00 p.m./5:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday.

Industrial Mobile Mechanic
Hours of work: Mon – Fri 4am/2pm, Saturdays 5am/1pm as needed, overtime as required
Position Summary: The Mobile Mechanic is responsible for daily and long-term forklift and other vehicle maintenance and repair activates. It is this mechanic’s responsibility to ensure that all scheduled and unexpected vehicle maintenance tasks be completed in an efficient and timely manner to the proper specification as defined by the respective equipment manufacturer.
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:
•Follows all safety and company policies/procedures and promotes a safe culture
•Maintain and repair forklifts, side-loaders, golf carts and other company material handling equipment (MHE)
•Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including: oil changes, tune ups, hydraulic system inspection, belt changes, steering and suspension
